Prior to the transformation, this front garden space was underused and lacked visual coherence. The lawn was sparse and uneven, bordered by an aging concrete path and mismatched gravel sections. The absence of clean edges or any structured layout made the space feel open but uninviting. With surface cracks and visible wear on the concrete, the approach to the home didn’t reflect the potential of the property.
Key issues:

The goal for this project was to transform a plain and underutilized front garden into a low-maintenance, high-impact resin-bound driveway. With limited existing structure and worn materials, we set out to create a clean, professional finish that enhances functionality and curb appeal while blending seamlessly with the surrounding homes.
Planned works included:

The completed project delivers a clean, contemporary driveway space that maximizes both aesthetics and practicality. A UV-stable resin-bound surface was laid in a warm, mixed Resin Mill blend, framed by precision-installed charcoal edging blocks to define the space and prevent edge breakdown over time.
This new driveway not only boosts the curb appeal but also provides a durable, low-maintenance surface that handles foot and vehicle traffic with ease. The result is a seamless, slip-resistant finish that complements the surrounding brickwork and ties into the overall frontage with clarity and balance.
