Before the transformation, the property’s front in Chatteris was made up of an old, hard to clean gravel surface. With cracks and uneven patches, the front surface distracted from the home’s welcoming entrance. The worn finish didn’t provide the polished look the property deserved, leaving the approach looking outdated and lacking kerb appeal.
Key issues:

Our vision for this project in Chatteris was to replace the surface with a modern, resin-bound surface that would bring both style and practicality to the property. The aim was to create a smooth, welcoming walkway to the backyard that enhanced the home’s full entrance while offering durability, low maintenance, and long-lasting appeal.
Planned works included:

This project transformed the front pathway of a property in Chatteris, replacing a tired, weed growing gravel surface with a sleek resin-bound finish. The original surface was uneven, weathered, and lacking in appeal, making the property look dated and less welcoming. By removing the old gravel and preparing a strong base, we created a smooth, modern entrance that stretched to the back of the property and instantly uplifted both practicality and kerb appeal.
A clean resin-bound surface, neatly framed with edging, now guides visitors to the entrance and backyard— delivering durability, low maintenance, and a stylish finish that complements the character of the home.
