🔧 Before: Tired Fencing and No Usable Outdoor Space
The garden was let down by worn, outdated timber fencing that had lost its structure and any visual appeal it once had. The outdoor space felt neglected and disconnected, with no clean surfaces and nothing pulling the property together. The homeowner wanted a full overhaul — proper privacy, a low-maintenance patio, and a path that actually worked for everyday use.
Key issues:
- Rotting and mismatched timber fencing offering little privacy or kerb appeal
- No usable patio surface — loose gravel with no defined layout
- Dated overall appearance with no cohesion between spaces
- High maintenance requirements with poor long-term durability
🧱 Our Vision
A complete transformation from the boundary outward. New composite fencing was installed throughout to give the property strong, clean lines and full privacy — built to last decades without rotting, warping or needing repainting. Dove Grey resin bound surfacing was then laid across both the patio and path areas using Resin Mill products, delivering a smooth, seamless finish that ties the whole space together.
Planned works included:
- Full removal of old fencing and preparation of posts and boundary line
- Installation of dark grey composite fencing panels with black aluminium posts throughout
- Full base preparation and laying of Dove Grey resin bound patio
- Resin bound path installed with matching Dove Grey finish and block edging for a sharp border
- Full site cleanup on completion
