Before the transformation, the property’s outdoor space in Huntingdon was dominated by a patchy lawn and edging that was difficult to maintain. The uneven grass, tired borders, and scattered stone areas made the garden feel cluttered rather than inviting. While the space had potential, the upkeep required was high, and the overall look lacked the modern, structured style the property deserved.

🌿 Our Vision
Our vision for this project in Huntingdon was to transform a tired, high-maintenance lawn into a sleek and low-maintenance resin-bound garden that blended structure with style. The goal was to create a practical outdoor space that the homeowners could enjoy every day without the constant upkeep of grass, while also elevating the garden’s overall appearance with a modern finish.
Planned works included:
- Removing the patchy lawn and outdated edging
- Preparing and levelling the ground for a stable foundation
- Installing a high-quality resin-bound surface with decorative features
- Designing a clean, modern layout that reduced maintenance and maximised kerb appeal
