Before the transformation, the property’s front path in Mepal was made up of an old, weathered concrete surface. The path appeared dull and tired, with cracks and uneven patches that distracted from the home’s welcoming entrance. Surrounded by gravel, the worn finish didn’t provide the polished look the property deserved, leaving the approach looking outdated and lacking kerb appeal.

Our vision for this project in Mepal was to replace a tired and cracked concrete path with a modern, resin-bound surface that would bring both style and practicality to the property. The aim was to create a smooth, welcoming walkway that enhanced the home’s entrance while offering durability, low maintenance, and long-lasting appeal.
Planned works included:
- Removing the existing worn concrete path
- Preparing and levelling the base for strength and stability
- Installing high-quality resin-bound surfacing for a sleek finish
- Enhancing the property’s frontage with a clean, modern look

This project transformed the front pathway of a property in Mepal, replacing a tired, cracked concrete surface with a sleek resin-bound finish. The original path was uneven, weathered, and lacking in appeal, making the approach look dated and less welcoming. By removing the old concrete and preparing a strong base, we created a smooth, modern walkway that instantly uplifted both practicality and kerb appeal.
A clean resin-bound surface, neatly framed with edging, now guides visitors to the entrance — delivering durability, low maintenance, and a stylish finish that complements the character of the home.
