Before our upgrade, this front garden area lacked both form and function. The space was dominated by a worn, uneven concrete path and a patchy, sun-scorched lawn that offered little curb appeal. With no defined boundaries, fencing, or clear layout, the area felt exposed and visually disconnected from the property's exterior.
Key issues:

The aim for this project was to replace a tired lawn and uneven path with a clean, structured entrance that boosts curb appeal and functionality. The focus was on defining the space with new fencing and laying the groundwork for a durable, modern paving finish.
Planned works included:

This property’s entrance was due for a complete rethink. Tired grass, uneven concrete, and an undefined boundary gave it a worn, unfinished feel. We replaced it all with clean, sharp lines and purposeful layout.
New block paving laid in a structured pattern now leads directly to the front door, framed by contrasting edging for a crisp finish. A fresh timber fence runs along the border, adding privacy and pulling the whole design together with balance and symmetry.
