🔧 Before: An Overgrown, Unused Front Garden
This front garden had become a neglected, overgrown space with no clear structure or purpose. With uneven ground, invasive weeds, and a lack of usable access, the area offered little functionality or kerb appeal. The homeowner reached out to Butler’s Resin & Construction to transform the wasted space into a smart, durable parking solution that would lift the look and value of the property.

Our goal was to completely reimagine this unused, overgrown front garden into a clean, functional driveway space — without compromising on style. We carried out a full excavation, installed a permeable base system for drainage compliance, and hand-laid a premium resin-bound surface framed with smart black block edging. Every detail was chosen for durability, usability, and a polished, modern finish.
