This property originally featured a tired and uneven block-paved driveway. Over the years, the surface had:

- Full excavation and removal of existing block paving
- Installation of a new sub-base with proper drainage layers to prevent water pooling
- Resin-bound driveway installation using a Aspen resin mix for a clean, contemporary finish
- Charcoal block edging added for visual definition and surface integrity
- Bespoke slatted timber fencing fitted along the front boundary for both curb appeal and added privacy
- Flush step installation at the entrance for improved access and safety
