This garden had become an overgrown, uneven space with no defined purpose. Poor ground conditions, patchy grass, and a lack of structure made it difficult to use and maintain.
Without proper access or layout, the area offered little practicality and reduced the overall appeal of the property. The goal was to turn this unused space into something functional, clean, and built to last.
Key issues:
• Uneven ground and inconsistent levels
• Overgrown grass and unmaintained surface
• No defined layout or usable space
• Difficult to maintain and keep tidy

The aim was to completely reshape this overgrown garden into a clean, structured, and fully usable outdoor space. This required proper excavation, accurate levels, and a solid base to ensure long-term performance.
We installed a new sub-base for strength and drainage, followed by a premium porcelain patio and fresh turf to create a balanced, low-maintenance finish. Every stage was carried out with durability, practicality, and a sharp final look in mind.
