Before our renovation, the outdoor area in Littleport was dominated by cracked concrete and an uneven layout that limited usability. The surface was not only unsightly but also posed safety concerns, with trip hazards and poor drainage. The garden path lacked definition and flow, while the surrounding space failed to complement the property’s style.

🧱 Our Vision
Our aim for this Littleport project was to completely reimagine a tired, cracked concrete space, transforming it into a sleek, low-maintenance resin-bound patio and pathway. The old surface was unsafe, poorly drained, and lacked definition, making the garden feel incomplete. By removing all damaged material, improving the base, and adding crisp edging, we created a durable, modern finish that blends style with functionality.
Planned works included:
- Removing all broken concrete and loose sub-base materials
- Installing a solid, level foundation for long-term stability
- Adding clean edging to define walkways and patio areas
- Laying premium resin-bound gravel for a smooth, contemporary look
The Results
Full Property Resin-Bound Upgrade – Littleport Project
This project wasn’t limited to the side passage — we revitalized the entire outdoor space. The original surfaces were cracked, uneven, and poorly drained, with no clear structure or visual appeal. We completely removed all old materials and rebuilt the base from the ground up, ensuring lasting stability and a premium finish.
A combination of clean charcoal edging and a high-quality resin-bound surface now runs throughout the property — from the side passage to the rear garden pathways and patio — creating a seamless, stylish, and low-maintenance transformation.
